1. How do I place an order?
To place an order click on your lens name. You will then be directed to enter your prescription information. After filling out your prescription information, click on the "Click Here to Buy" button. Once you have reviewed your order, click on the "Check Out" button to complete the ordering process.
2. What do I do if I cannot find a product?
First, try our "Search" function located on the top left navigation bar. If you still do not find the product you searched for, please contact us immediately at

3. What if I want to buy one box of a Disposable or Color Lens for just one eye?
Please use our Fax Order Form for these types of requests. We normally package our product orders for both eyes, in order to bring you the best possible prices. However, we can accommodate special orders for just one eye should that be your need. Call us at 1-888-814-LENS (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST Monday-Friday) if you have further questions.

5. Will I have to pay sales tax as part of my order?
